This website is operated by Cofa Limited, registered in England & Wales (company no. 15703819), registered office Radley House, Robin Lane, Pudsey, Leeds, LS28 6LE. In these terms, "we", "us" and "Cofa" mean Cofa Limited. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may decline or cancel an order (for example if an item is out of stock or priced in error), in which case we will not charge you, or we will refund you in full.
The minimum order for single 330ml bottles is 6. Pack sizes and availability are shown on the shop.
Prices are shown in GBP and are the final price - Cofa is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is added. Delivery costs are shown in your cart before you pay. Payment is taken securely at checkout through Stripe; we do not store your card details.
UK delivery is a flat £4.99, free on orders over £50, usually within 2-5 working days and dispatched Monday to Friday. Free collection is available from Leeds LS14. Full details are on our Delivery page.
We offer 30-day returns on unopened packs, and we'll replace or refund anything damaged or faulty. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept opened products. This does not affect your statutory rights. See our Returns Policy for the full details, including your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
We take care to describe our products accurately. Cofa is a food product, not a medicine, and nothing on this site is medical advice. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, check with your doctor or pharmacist before drinking regularly. Always read the information on the bottle.
Wholesale orders are subject to our Trade Terms, which apply in addition to these terms for approved trade customers.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
