The Beginning

From a Leeds Kitchen to a Cultural Movement

Growing up in Nigeria, Zobo was everywhere. It was the drink at celebrations, the thing your grandmother made, the flavour that felt like home. When we moved to Leeds, we searched for it. We couldn't find anything that came close to the real thing. So we started brewing our own.

We made it for ourselves at first. Then church members tried it and wanted bottles. Friends shared it with their families. Word spread the way good things always do. The demand was real, the love was genuine, and Cofa Limited was born.

Today Cofa Juice sits on shelves in 50+ independent retailers from Leeds to London, Glasgow to Cardiff. Every bottle is still brewed in small batches, with the same hands, the same care and the same recipe that started it all. Nothing about that will ever change.
