This policy governs use of the Cofa Juice website and any product purchases made through it. By accessing the site or placing an order, you consent to these terms.
We sell handcrafted, non-alcoholic hibiscus drinks (Zobo) made with natural ingredients - hibiscus petals, pineapple, apple, dates, ginger and cloves. Product descriptions and pricing may change without notice.
All orders are subject to stock availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including pricing errors. Order confirmation requires full payment. Any unfulfilled orders will receive a full refund.
All prices are displayed in GBP and are the final price. Cofa is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is added. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before payment is taken.
Payments are processed through secure third-party partners. Full payment must be completed before shipment. We do not store card details on our servers.
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them. Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are only accepted for items that are faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Claims must include photos and be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Our products require refrigeration after delivery. COFA Limited is not liable for damage or spoilage resulting from improper storage after delivery. Allergen information is displayed on all product labels.
All website content, branding, designs and photography are the property of COFA LIMITED. Use of any materials requires prior written permission.
Promotional offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. Discount codes cannot typically be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
