We missed the taste of Zobo. Growing up in Nigeria, it was everywhere: at celebrations, in homes, shared between friends. When we moved to the UK, we couldn't find anything close to the real thing. So we made our own. Church members tasted it and wanted bottles. Friends shared it with their families. Before long, Cofa was something bigger than a recipe.
