These terms apply to all retail and distribution accounts with Cofa Limited (trading as Cofa Juice), registered in England and Wales, Company No. 15703819. By placing an order or operating a trade account, you agree to these terms in full.
Trade accounts are available to registered businesses operating in the United Kingdom. You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into a commercial agreement on behalf of your business. Cofa reserves the right to verify your business registration and to decline or revoke trade account status at its discretion.
Trade pricing is tiered by volume and is shown in your account once you have been approved. As a guide, the best rate applies to orders of 20 or more cases, with a standard trade rate below that. Prices are quoted in GBP and are subject to change with reasonable notice; you will be notified by email before any change takes effect on your account.
Trade orders are invoiced upon dispatch. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cofa reserves the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at 8% above the Bank of England base rate, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998.
Accepted payment methods: bank transfer (BACS), card payment via secure link. Cheques are not accepted.
Cofa Juice is a perishable product. We do not accept returns of products that have been correctly delivered and stored. If goods arrive damaged or do not match your order, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or credit note at our discretion.
Claims for shortages must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. We cannot accept claims made after this period.
Cofa Juice must be stored refrigerated at 2–8°C. Once opened, the product should be consumed within 3 days. You are responsible for ensuring appropriate cold storage facilities are in place upon delivery. Cofa accepts no liability for product quality issues arising from improper storage on your premises.
You may resell Cofa Juice products under your own business at any retail price you choose. The recommended retail price is £2.69–£4.00 per 330ml bottle. You must not misrepresent the product, alter its packaging, or make claims about the product that are not supported by Cofa's published materials.
Any use of the Cofa Juice name, logo or brand assets for marketing purposes requires prior written consent from Cofa Limited. We are happy to provide approved digital assets on request - email [email protected].
Cofa reserves the right to suspend or terminate a trade account with 7 days' written notice if: payment obligations are not met, the account holder misrepresents the product, or the account is found to be in breach of these terms. Outstanding invoices remain due regardless of account status.
Cofa's liability to you is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for loss of profit, indirect losses, or consequential damages arising from late delivery, product quality disputes, or account suspension.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
